Wes Kuhl
President
After getting his start in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry more than 35 years ago, Wes became President of HorizonPSI. He came to us in 2000 after a leadership role with the largest North American pneumatic conveying and air filtrations systems provider. His leadership and knowledge in bulk material handling, packaging, milling and equipment manufacturing have helped HorizonPSI increase revenue by seven-fold and positioned the company at the forefront of several industries. Wes earned his degrees in Business Administration and Milling Science from Kansas State University with a MBA from Rockhurst University.
Steve Remmers
Vice President, Sales
Steve has spent his entire career in the material handling and process equipment manufacturing industry. He started working with process equipment over 40 years ago in a position with hands-on experience with Fabrication, Machining and Field Service, before moving to North Carolina as a Regional Sales Manager. In 1997, he pursued an opportunity as a Manufacturer Sales Representative, where he also managed turnkey projects. In 2000, he was offered the General Manager position for North America with a component manufacturer where he worked until he joined Horizon Systems, Inc. in 2006 to manage part and component sales. Currently, he is Vice President of Sales responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of the sales activities for HorizonPSI. Steve believes in a customer-focused approach to solving customer issues and works hard every day to make sure HorizonPSI delivers on those promises made to our customers. .
Dave Nutter
VP Operations
Dave graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for 6 years as a Sales Engineer with a storage tank manufacturer before joining Horizon Systems in 1990. At Horizon Systems, and later HorizonPSI, Dave has had many roles including sales, Sales Manager, VP - Sales and Marketing, and now Vice President of Operations since 2008. He currently manages all production-related activities for our Lawrence, KS and McCune, KS facilities. Dave is a champion of continuous improvement and has led many of the manufacturing improvement initiatives that make us a trusted engineering and manufacturing company today.
