Lump Breaker LB2424 Series
This lump breaker breaks up lumps that may happen with product during production as long as the product is soft enough to be broken mechanically. The lump breaker uses rotary knives to break down product.
STANDARD CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
- Carbon steel or stainless steel construction
- 12” x 12” inside square inlet and outlet
- Four (4) shafts with 1/2” square, fingers
- Four (4) sets of 1/2” square fingers welded to housing interior
- Outboard bearings with concentric locking collar
- External seals
- Factory assembled rotor shaft air purge assembly complete with two (2) single solenoid air control valve, regulator and interconnecting air line - NEMA 4 enclosure
- Gear guard painted safety orange
- Two (2) 2 HP, direct drive, gearmotor with TEFC enclosure
