Small Bag Dump IDCU Series
This is a manually operated bag dump that requires a worker to physically lift and cut open the bag. This unit utilizes an integral dust collector to control the dust created from dumping bags.
STANDARD CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
- 60 degree hopper, nominal, with flanged product discharge
- Hinged access doors with adjustable stops
- 36” wide x 12” deep removable grating
- Removable air baffle
- 36” wide bag resting shelf
- Support legs to provide 24” clearance beneath the discharge flange
- Integral dust collection system consisting of the following:
- Clean air plenum
- Compressed air header and piping
- 15.8 square feet of tubular STS spun bonded polyester media with PTFE membrane
- Aluminum diaphragm valves with push lock air fittings
- Adjustable filter timer and pilot solenoids, factory mounted and pre-wired in a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure
- Magnehelic differential pressure gauge
- Clean air fan, factory mounted to the clean air plenum, consisting of the following:
- Cast aluminum body and wheel
- Direct drive arrangement
- 1-1/2 HP, 230/460 V, 60 cycle, 3 phase, 3600 RPM TEFC motor
- Outlet guard
OPTIONAL FEATURES
- Carbon steel or 304 stainless steel construction
- 70 degree hopper slope
- Access platform to maintain dump height to less than 40”
- NEMA 7 or NEMA 9 electrical enclosures
- X-Proof, Hi-Efficiency, or Mill & Chem Duty fan motor
- Hydraulic bag compactor
- Additional straight wall height to provide storage/surge capacity
- Motor starter factory mounted and pre-wired in a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure
- Factory mounted and pre-wired On/Off switch
