April 2016 - CET Awards Fourth Above & Beyond Winner

During the fourth quarter, HorizonPSI awarded CET’s Above and Beyond Award to Jim Miller, Welder.

Jim was nominated for his commitment to HorizonPSI and our customers. Jim worked 2,577 hours in the 2015 calendar year, averaging about 10 hours of overtime a week for an entire year. This was the most overtime worked by an hourly employee all year and displays a great amount of commitment to sacrifice that extra time away from home and family.

On behalf of HorizonPSI and the Cultural Enhancement Team, we would like to thank Jim for his commitment to the company and his dedication to the job in putting in the extra hours.
