June 2016 - CET Awards Above & Beyond Winners

During the 2016 first quarter, HorizonPSI awarded CET’s Above and Beyond Award to Erin Flannery, Human Resources Administrator and Jordan Kronberg, Service Solutions Representative.

Erin was nominated for both commitment and respect. She worked hard to better herself and pass the PHR (Professional of Human Resources) certification exam. The test requires a lot of preparation, and Erin spent time outside of work studying for it.

Erin’s certification is also an asset to HorizonPSI. This effort will make her more valuable in her HR role and shows commitment to helping the company grow and achieving its goals. Erin has also done an exceptional job holding down her HR role along with the role of the front desk administrator. She has done this with a smile and an enthusiastic commitment to do whatever she can to help!

Jordan was nominated by Ed Walinski and other members of Pneutech Engineering, Inc. for his commitment, respect and quality of work. Jordan is reliable, consistent and puts forth the extra effort, and Pneutech knows they can always count on the information they get from him. Whether it is pricing related, delivery information or a promised date for a quote, he consistently meets or exceeds expectations. Pneutech says he is a pleasure to work with, and that he ranks in the top two of all the support people they work with.

We would like to thank Jordan and Erin for going above and beyond in their commitment to their roles and to our organization as a whole.
